It isn't exactly Green Acres but we are selling our downtown Stockholm apartment and moving to the burbs to a ROWHOUSE.  For those who are not familiar with the compact living of Stockholm, Sweden this is trading in one tiny place for a less tiny one with a plot of land the size of a driveway.  Rowhouses are considered houses in Sweden similar to the American townhouse, pair house and condos and cost a pretty penny.  Bye Bye sparkly new and hello 50's charm with great potential.
